The Preferred BWM is a modulating, condensing gas boiler with a stainless-steel heat exchanger and built-in primary/secondary piping rated up to 95% AFUE. A sealed combustion system pulls outdoor air and outdoor-reset control matches supply temperature to conditions for efficiency.

The Preferred BW9 is a gas-fired condensing water boiler with a cast-aluminum heat exchanger rated up to 90% AFUE. It uses an induced-draft fan and an economical PVC vent system for combustion air and flue gas, with no chimney required.
