Every repair we perform is covered for 90 days. If the same issue recurs, we come back free of charge.

1-Year Installation Workmanship

Installation workmanship covered for one full year — leaks, venting issues, electrical, or commissioning errors.

Manufacturer Warranty Registration

We register your manufacturer warranty in your name and send confirmation in writing.

Warranty Claim Support

If you have a warranty issue, we handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Free Annual Maintenance Reminder

We email a reminder 30 days before your annual maintenance is due to keep your warranty valid.

How to keep your warranty valid

Most warranty claim denials we see come from one of these gaps.

Have a licensed gas-fitter perform the installation
Pull a TSBC gas permit (required by every manufacturer)
Register the warranty within 60-90 days of install (we do this for you)
Have annual maintenance performed by a qualified technician
Keep maintenance records — most manufacturers require proof
Use OEM parts for all repairs (third-party parts can void coverage)
Do not modify or relocate the unit without manufacturer guidance
Address minor issues promptly — neglect that causes major damage is excluded

What voids your warranty

Common reasons manufacturers deny warranty claims:

Unlicensed installation or modification
No permit pulled at install
Missed annual maintenance
Non-OEM parts used for repairs
Damage from water quality / chemistry not addressed
