We pull a Technical Safety BC gas permit before any work begins. Permit number provided to you in writing.

Old unit removed and disposed. New unit installed to code. Gas piping, venting, hydronic loops, and electrical all completed by licensed trades.

Combustion analysis, pressure tests, outdoor reset programming, system purge, leak check, and full functional run. Documented in writing.

Live walk-through with the homeowner — how to read the display, when to call us, what maintenance looks like, where the isolation valves are.

We register the manufacturer warranty in your name, send digital copies of permits and documents, and call to check in at 30 days.

You describe the symptoms — no heat, leak, error code, noise. We ask the right questions to bring the right parts.

Most repair appointments booked the same day. Same-day & after-hours emergency dispatch available.

Full system check, combustion analysis if relevant, error code interpretation, parts identified.

You see a written quote — parts, labour, total — and sign off before we proceed. No work without your approval.

Every repair carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs, we come back free.
