Burner removal, inspection, and cleaning

Heat Exchanger & Water Side

Heat exchanger external inspection (cracks, scale, soot)

Internal heat exchanger flush if scale present

Condensate trap clean and flush

System pressure check at cold and operating temperatures

Circulator pump check (noise, draw, flow)

System water chemistry test if visible discoloration

The best time is September or early October — before the first cold snap, when our schedule is less booked and the boiler hasn't had to run yet.
