Why annual maintenance matters

Keeps your warranty valid

Every manufacturer requires documented annual maintenance to honor their warranty.

Catches small issues early

A $50 part replaced during maintenance prevents a $1,500 emergency repair in February.

Recovers efficiency

Combustion drifts over a year. A tune-up can recover 5-15% efficiency, paying for itself in gas savings.

Safety check on a fuel-burning appliance

CO production, gas leaks, and venting issues develop slowly. Annual checks catch them before they hurt anyone.

Documented service history adds resale value

Buyers love seeing a stamped maintenance log — proof the boiler has been cared for.

What you receive after maintenance

  • Written report with combustion numbers
  • Photos of inspected components
  • Updated maintenance log sticker on the unit
  • Recommended repairs (if any), prioritized
  • Pricing for any optional improvements
  • Email reminder 30 days before next year's service

When to schedule maintenance

The best time is September or early October — before the first cold snap, when our schedule is less booked and the boiler hasn't had to run yet.

We also offer mid-season maintenance for boilers that work hard through the BC winter, and spring maintenance for those who want to schedule outside peak season.

Book your annual tune-up

Keep your warranty valid, your gas bill low, and your boiler running safely. From $169 — most homes serviced in 90 minutes.
